1 Small Habit To Make Your Life Better

My goal this summer was to lose 10 pounds and finally get my wedding body back. I am only 13 pounds away from achieving my goal! While that was a clear failure, I did have one small win that made a huge impact on my daily life  If you are like me, you spend a few frantic minutes of your day flipping over couch cushions and running through the house looking for your airpods, phone, glasses, keys, and a damn mask. Meanwhile your spouse and toddler are waiting for you, and neither are very patient.
