United StatesI LOVE the necklace and maybe in too rough with the chain but sadly it broke:( customer service came thru and sent me a return label to return it for a new one! I wish the chains were not so dainty for such a heavy pendant

United Statesthis necklace broke the first time i wore it while i was out of the house, the pendant fell off and i didn’t realize until i got home. when i reached out the company responded at first saying to send back the pendant and the chain, and when i said i didn’t have the pendant but just the chain, they didn’t even answer. this necklace was expensive and i was expecting the quality to be better! not good customer service.

United StatesMy daughter found your site somehow and admired the necklace and some rings. Tho I had never shopped with or even herd of Rain + Bow and because my daughter had so admired your products I decided to order a few things that she had liked. I found the items reasonably priced and loved the small gifts that came with them. My daughter is well pleased with the purchases and many people have commented positively on them. This leaves me to confess that my overall experience with rain + bow has been nothing but wonderful!
