United StatesI wanted this ring because I have always been fascinated by lightning. Plus, my favorite novel of all time is Frankenstein; or the Modern Prometheus by Mary Wollstonecraft Shelley. So the lightning bolt with the reminder, "you are powerful", is strongly reminiscent of the quote, "Beware; for I am fearless and therefore powerful." How could I not get it?!

I can’t wear my wedding or engagement rings at work b/c I work for an estate sale company & am constantly digging through closets, drawers, sheds, garages, etc & I’m afraid of losing them. I love that this ring is flat and so well made . The lightning bolt reminds me that our love is as rare as a lightning strike.
