She wears it every day, and thoroughly appreciates the symbolism of one day overcoming the mountain that is her source of anxiety. If she could change one thing, it would be that the chain was longer. I ordered the silver necklace, and it came with a short chain extension attached, but even still the necklace wears very close to the neck - not tight like a choker, but definitely at the collar bone. If that’s your preference, then no extension needed, but my partner prefers to have more length in her chains to have more space around her neck.
