I LOVE this necklace - I've worn it for over a year, never taking it off. About a week ago, the chain unfortunately snapped. I emailed rain + bow to see if there was anything I could to to get it repaired, and I got an order confirmation for a brand new free replacement before they even answered my email (which they promptly did after)! While it's unfortunate that the original necklace broke, it still held up to over a year of a beating, and I only had to go without it for a few days. I cannot say enough good things about rain + bow, they will have me as a lifelong customer.
