I received this necklace as a gift several years ago and the clasp of the necklace recently broke. I was so sad! rain+bow customer service was so quick to help remedy the problem. United StatesMy necklace chain snapped. I contacted Rain and Bow to see about buying a replacement chain. They asked me to ship the necklace back to them for repair since they do not sell chains. Shipping to and from was free, and they let me know what was going on with my necklace every step of the way. My necklace is back on my neck, and looking fantastic. This company has excellent customer service and lovely jewelry. 10/10 would reccommend.
