United StatesI suffer from panic attacks, and have adhd. So when I do have an attack I tend to hyper focus on whatever thing is causing me stress. This ring is a nice object to positively focus my thoughts on, with a nice reminder to breathe. I absolutely love this ring, and it can for sure take a beating since I never take it off. Looks just as it did the day I received it!
