United StatesThis was such a good experience. I had bought my granddaughter a necklace two years ago and she wore it every day. The chain broke. We looked for something similar and I looked at your website hoping you sold the same one. I emailed to see if I could purchase one of yours and you said you would replace her necklace. That I would be receiving an envelope to return the broken one . You sent the neciklace and I returned the broken one. What company does that? A great one. Thank you so much.
