WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

Due to high demand and limited production, we are experiencing some delays due to the recently implemented safeguards + protective measures set in Los Angeles. If we have your piece on hand, we hope to ship it to you within 5-10 business days. You can always email us at hi@rainandbow.com for more details on specific styles! 

HOW DOES SHIPPING/RETURNS WORK OUTSIDE OF THE USA

Shipping outside of the U.S. is calculated at checkout, please note that you will be responsible for any import taxes + fees upon receiving. Shipping generally takes 7-10 days to arrive from the ship date. We unfortunately cannot allow returns outside of the U.S.

JEWELRY CARE

• When cleaning your silver, we highly recommend not using sterling silver liquid cleaner - this will remove the black detailing on your jewelry. To restore it back to it's original shine, gently wipe with a sterling silver polishing cloth.
• We suggest removing your jewelry when:
• • washing your hands and/or using hand sanitizers
  • in contact with cleaning products and solutions
  • showering or going into chlorinated environments
  • applying lotions or perfumes
  • during strenuous tasks such as working out
• Since all of our jewelry is sterling silver, our pieces last forever + won’t turn your skin green! 

WHAT LENGTH DO YOUR NECKLACES COME IN?

All of our necklaces come in 18 inches with an adjustable loop at 16 inches; to make them perfect for layering with your current necklaces, or so you can stack two from rain + bow! If you prefer a longer length, check out our necklace extenders!

WHAT IF THE SIGNET RING DOES NOT COME IN MY SIZE?

We are so happy this ring caught your eye! At this time, it only comes in the sizes available on our website. With so many letter options, it has been a bit of a logistical nightmare to roll out all sizes. Rest assured, we take your recommendations to heart + are working on launching more sizes soon. Please stay tuned!!
